James “Coop” Cooper is originally from Detroit, Michigan, and is a proud graduate of Martin Luther King Jr. High School. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University, where he also walked on to the football team and competed for four years.

Known for his straightforward communication and quick wit, James is a dynamic speaker with a powerful, relatable story. Through honest, impactful storytelling and real-life experiences, he guides audiences through emotional breakthroughs that challenge the way they think, act, and show up in their lives.
